These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at astreia.space, including all content, features, and functionality made available on it (collectively, the "Site"), operated by Astreia Space Corporation, a Delaware corporation ("Astreia," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

No other use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works from the Site or its content is permitted without our prior written consent.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. ASTREIA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL ASTREIA, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ASTREIA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ASTREIA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astreia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
